The purpose of today’s blog is to show just how easy it is to use the concepts included in Mindful Behavior Change in your life. Using mindful eating as an example, here’s a sample plan that was developed using each of the four components of Mindful Behavior Change.

As you re-energize your commitment to your goals, keep in mind that behavior change is hard. Perfection is not necessary to see meaningful change. Your journey will have ups and downs.
